Just everything is great . Seafood platter amazing, very friendly staff. Spacious comfortable seating with romantic corners if required. Excellent wine list and very well priced. Having lived in France for twenty years and missing the cuisine this was an excellent choice for a celebration night as a couple . Looking forward to regular visits to try out more of the menu.

my husband and me love that place. we were there 3 times already and going to come again for the seafood plate and sorbet with calvados =) the service is very nice there. up to now we haven't experienced any negative moments. i also love the atmosphere there and it always feels somewhat private and romantic.

Very good experience here, I am french and let me say the service, quality of food and the wines are exactly what I expected. Plus the patio outside make a good atmosphere for a nice diner. Will try again as the menu is changing depending on the season.

Quiet restaurant on calm steer, with pretty good food and decent service. They offer street seating, and not too many cars pass by making it a pretty nice location. The oysters were very tasty. The service was ok but nothing special. It was difficult to get the waiter’s attention at times, even though we were basically the only ones there. Things took surprisingly long, but for the price the food was good.

I've lived 10 years in Munich and this is my favorite restaurant here. This is where I go when I miss French food (indeed, I'm French). If you can afford it, don't look at the menu, just ask for the 5-course surprise menu with matching wines (75€). Otherwise, the 3-course menu is a very good deal (32€). This is a very nice place even for larger groups (you may need to agree on a menu in advance). Great food at a very good price, with good service from a friendly staff.

Excellent experience. Dinner, drinks, and service were all great. Slight issue with the Tuna steak, but maybe too French for theses Americans. Next time we'll try the Sea Bass instead. The Le' Menu (special) was a duck salad and lamb back, which was very good. Wine was said to be from the owners brother (Frank Massard) although that story was not verified. 🤔

Visiting Munich alone, I didn't know where to eat and looked at the restaurant around. I booked it online. Arriving the, I was very happy with the super reception at the entrance. Directly connected with the waiter that helped me with the table. First, I took Oysters. Be aware that they don't cut the muscle. I have asked, and it's on purpose. ;) Also, the glass of wine I ordered was served a bit slow. Then for the main meal, the Entrecôte was nicely cooked. I would have put a bit of spices (but this is a personal taste) I really like the fact that they provided bread. You can also ask for butter (like in France). In conclusion, I would suggest to visit the place if you are in Munich. 😉

Take it from a French, this is a very good and genuine french restaurant. Simple menu but prepared to the highest standards. Table wine was very pleasant.
